Please note that we are still working on our new gym hours, class schedule, and online store content, so some features may not yet be immediately visible or accessible while we create our new classes & content in Mindbody.
Also please note that proof of Covid-19 vaccination is now a requirement for ALL former and new gym members and staff, in order to access the new facility and partake in activities, while protecting each other and mitigating danger. We follow all mandated health procedures and sanitary best-practices, to create a safe and healthful fitness environment.
We offer specialized training in:
Boxing – Train in traditional western style boxing.
Kickoxing – We offer both Muay Thai and San Shou/Sanda (Chinese Military Style Kickboxing).
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) – Known as the “gentle art”, BJJ is based on grappling and ground fighting, focusing on the skill of controlling one’s opponent via position & leverage with submission (chokes, locks) techniques.
Wrestling – One of the best and oldest forms of personal combat, we offer expert wrestling coaching.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) – A modern synthesis of multiple forms of combat, combined into an ultimate form of martial competition.
Kung-Fu – We also offer traditional training in several styles of ancient Chinese martial arts, including Tai Chi Chuan, Shuai Shao, and Gulao Pin Sun Wing Chun.
FighterFit – Check out our challenging yet fun-filled fitness classes, which combine elements of fighter competition training camp training, with various cardio and weight training exercises.
Cardio Fitness – Our fast-paced fitness classes offer cardio-vascular training that will transform your mind and body into a lean efficient machine.
Weight Training – Increase your muscle quality and metabolism with our personalized weight training, emphasizing proper form and technique for increased gains and safety.
